Situated on the first floor of an elegant Georgian period building in Marylebone, 75 Harley Street Dental Practice represents the third generation of specialist clinicians serving patients from across London, the UK, and internationally.

The surgery has been completely refurbished to integrate state-of-the-art dental technology while retaining the warmth, architectural grace, and peaceful ambiance of a period medical townhouse.

Dr Mehran Sanei

Principal & Specialist in Prosthodontics

GDC No. 67683

Graduated from Glasgow Dental Hospital in 1992 and completed two years of hospital training in Maxillofacial Surgery before entering private practice. In 1996, Dr Sanei completed a 3-year specialist residency at Ohio State University, earning his Specialty Certificate and MS in Prosthodontics. He is dual-recognized by both the General Dental Council and the American Dental Association.

Qualifications: BDS (Glasgow 1992), Cert Prosthodontics (Ohio State 1999), MS (Ohio State 1999). Former Eastman Dental Hospital Lecturer.

Dr Shahrzad Rahbaran

Specialist Endodontist

Awarded Membership in Restorative Dentistry (MRD) by the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2002. Former full-time clinical lecturer at Eastman Dental Institute (1999–2002) and Past President of the Langham Endodontic Group. Specialist in microscope-guided root canal therapies and apicectomies.

Qualifications: BDS (Royal London 1992), MSc Endodontics with Distinction (Eastman 1999), FDS RCS Eng (1995), MRD RCS Eng (2002).

Mr Ali Amini

Consultant Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

GDC No. 85278

Dual qualified in both medicine and dentistry. Appointed Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon at the Royal Free Hospital. Specializes in advanced surgical implantology, complex facial trauma, salivary gland disorders, jaw discrepancies, and bone preservation procedures.

Qualifications: MD, DDS (Karolinska Institute Stockholm 1999), Member of The Royal College of Surgeons, Doctorate St George's University.

Mr Anish Shah

Consultant Oral Surgeon

GDC No. 76559

Over 20 years of oral surgery experience. Double honors graduate from Guy's Hospital and former Clinical Lead for South Essex Partnership University NHS Trust. Expert in complex wisdom teeth extractions, oral mucosal conditions, and IV conscious sedation for phobic patients.

Qualifications: BDS Hons (Guy's 1999), MFDS RCS Eng (2001), MFGDP, FRSPH, FFD RCSI (2005), FDS RCPS.

Our 3-Stage Resolution Protocol:

Designated Complaints Handler: Carly Lawrence (Practice Manager) oversees all patient feedback and inquiries.
3-Day Formal Acknowledgment: All written feedback is acknowledged within three working days.
10-Day Comprehensive Investigation: A thorough internal investigation is conducted, followed by a detailed written report within ten working days.
